PowerSense A/S develops and produces high-quality supervision and control systems for
the utility industry. The control systems have been designed to be installed and integrated
in medium voltage power distribution grids, and they provide the grid operator with information about load currents, power levels, voltage quality, disturbances in the grid, and distance to faults. With this information, the grid operator can significantly improve the daily operation
and long-term planning to reduce loss from non-delivered energy.

PowerSense A/S was founded on September 1, 2006 as a spin-off from the Danish utility
DONG Energy (formerly Nesa A/S). The company is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
